I’m Nora, founder of the Kundalini School of Embodied Awakening, creator of Alchemy of the Heart and a trainer for Kundalini Facilitators & Himalayan Kriya Yoga Teachers.
I guide women back home to themselves, so the spiritual truths they remember can become lived reality. In their work, their relationships, and the quiet, ordinary moments of their lives.
Walking this path myself – through Kundalini Transmissions, Himalayan Kriya Yoga and devotion – I learned something essential:
Awakening isn’t about rising above the struggle. It’s about embodying so much love that you can meet every part of yourself with compassion, kindness and courage.

A keeper of wonder, a guardian of magic, and your co-trainer inside Alchemy of the Heart.
I’m here to remind the grown-up world of something it quietly forgot:
Magic never left, joy is real, life is meant to be lived with awe, not routine.
I am a Human Design and Tarot guide, a mother of the most magical little boy, and a mentor for individuals and families longing to return to the curiosity and possibility that opens when we stop rushing and start seeing again.
In Alchemy of the Heart, I support our community with my presence, my love, and through holding Kundalini sessions filled with devotion and wonder.
I was trained by Nora as a Kundalini Facilitator and am currently becoming a Kriya Yoga Teacher. These practices changed my life in ways I can barely put into words. They helped me understand why so many people lose their connection to magic and how I can hold the space for them to find their way back.
Because for me, Kriya and Kundalini are portals back into a life where:
a butterfly becomes a reason to stop, where conversations with loved ones feel like spells of connection, and where a child’s laughter cracks your heart open into pure, overflowing bliss.
